The Russell & Smith Ford service department is proud of its new state-of-the-art facility. The new service drive is three times as large, with 8 service adviser stations. Our new customer center includes a reading/computer area, children’s play room, and a TV area, all separate. All of our Ford technicians are factory trained and certified. Our service writers are also factory certified. Our service department offers free courtesy shuttle service within 10 miles of the dealership. You can also make a service appointment online to schedule a time that is convenient for you.
